To initiate a return, please contact us at support@essentialtablelighting.com and we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Once the item is returned, we will process your refund promptly.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order or change the size or color of an item, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee that adjustments or cancellations will be possible.
Damages or Defects
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. To resolve the issue, provide proof of the defect, such as a video. For faulty products, we will issue a full refund without requiring a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, including custom orders, personalized items, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are not eligible for returns. If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us for clarification.
Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items. However, if you inform us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can update your address before the product ships.
